Under the Federal Title IV cash management regulations, institutions are required to publicly disclose any contract that governs a Tier One or Tier Two Arrangement as well as information about the costs incurred by students who elect to use a financial account offered under one of those arrangements.
The Regulations included, among others, provisions related to how disbursement options and financial products can be marketed to students, the delivery of debit cards to students, the sharing of student information under certain arrangements, prohibitions on the incurrence of certain types of account fees to student account-holders and requirements related to ATM access for student account-holders.

Drug-Free Schools and Community Act
The Drug Free Schools and Communities Act Amendments of 1989 requires institutions who participate in federal student aid programs to provide information to its students, faculty, and employees to prevent drug and alcohol abuse. The Student Code of Conduct is to define the general standard of conduct expected of students and the process. Any conduct on the part of a student that has, or might reasonably be seen to have an adverse affect on the integrity or the proper functioning of the College, or the health, safety, rights, or property of the College or its members and visitors, is subject to discipline under this Code.
